Finally we were off to Mickey's Toontown Fair
I had originally planned to have Kayla and Jordan go on their first roller coaster ride by riding Goofy's Barnstormer but the lines were fairly long and I knew that it was getting close to lunchtime. We decided to quickly walk through Minnie's House.
Jordan came with me. This became a theme with him. He did not want to go with anyone but me. So, I had Jordan most of the trip and Jeromy had Kayla. In Minnie's kitchen you could use the microwave to pop popcorn and watch a cake being made in the oven. These pics show the before and after of the cake.
Now off to the Toontown Hall of Fame Tent so that we could see some characters. They have 2 lines: Princesses and Fairies. We chose the Princesses because the wait was 30 minutes vs. 60 minutes for the Fairies. It didn't feel as if we waited that long and this was great to see these characters!!! They took a bunch of people at one time into a room that had 3 princesses (Cinderella, Belle, and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty). They each took their time with the kids. Kayla had been dozing in and out of sleep when we got in line for the princesses. This is why she didn't go into Minnie's house with us. I was glad that she woke up for the photos.

My Dad was waiting for us to get done with the Princesses. I quickly took a shot of him with Kayla.
Lunchtime!!!!! We had no idea where we were going to eat. We chose to do a dining plan this time that gave us 1 table service meal, 1 counter service meal, and 1 snack per day. We mostly used our counter service meals for lunch and chose the more expensive sit down places for our dinners. We ended up at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland. This animatronic monster kept Jordan entertained by singing songs.
Kayla fell asleep and didn't get any lunch this day. She wore down around lunchtime every day. This was a first for us to see. She was so exhausted that it didn't matter what you did to try and wake her up, she would not budge!! Jordan on the other hand would go, go, go and be extra cranky in the evening because he refused to rest at all.
We decided from the beginning that we would only stay in the park 1/2 day.....go back to rest/swim..... then do something later in the evening. This seemed to work well for us during the entire trip.
While exiting I took a few atmosphere photos of the castle and Main Street
