The morning came really fast and I couldn't believe that we were leaving for our vacation that I had been planning for over a year. It was finally here!!!!!

We left at 5:15am for the airport. Jeromy dropped me off with the bags and he parked the van with the kids. I met Greg and Jackie inside and we got in line to check our bags. After eating breakfast we breezed through security....well, Jackie did lose her boarding ticket, but she got issued another one easily.

The flight was great....no issues. I had packed backpacks full of new things so this kept Kayla and Jordan occupied. We had Jordan in between Jeromy and I and Kayla sat in between Grandma and Grandpa in front of us. Near the end of the flight both were getting antsy, but overall they did well.Once arriving in Orlando we followed the giant Mickey hands to Magical Express which was going to take us to our hotel.

We didn't wait that long before we got on the bus.
We stopped at Wilderness Lodge, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian before finally reaching the Contemporary.
We were lucky to be staying on the 12th floor Atrium level (which was concierge). They took us up to that floor and checked us in. Our rooms were not ready so we went to the lounge to check out what they had for snacks.
We loved having this lounge available to us all day. We were very spoiled by the end of our stay because we could get food and drink for free whenever we wanted. We also ate breakfast here every day before venturing into the parks.This is the first picture that I took of the view from our resort. Amazing!!!!
